HabitFlow we is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the HabitFlow mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive the basic profile information that those providers share with us (such as name, email address, and profile photo).
- Habit Data: Information you enter into the app (habits, reminders, notes, completions) is stored locally on your device and, if you opt in, securely backed up to our cloud services.
- Usage Data: We may collect aggregated, anonymous analytics to understand engagement and improve features. No personal habit details are included in these analytics.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, and maintain the HabitFlow experience.
- Send habit reminders and notifications you opt into.
- Measure app performance and guide product improvements.
- Safeguard the App and respond to support requests.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., analytics, cloud backup) that process data on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect legal rights.
4. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time from within the app. Backup data you create is retained until you delete it or deactivate cloud sync.
5. Your Choices
- Account Controls: Update profile and language preferences in Settings.
- Notifications: Enable or disable reminders and push notifications within the app and device settings.
- Data Export/Deletion: Request an export or deletion of your data by contacting support@amara.cyou.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
7. International Users
Your data may be processed and stored in the country where you reside or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information outside your country.
